This transmission tunnel cover plate bolts on top of the existing manual transmission floor plate and allows you to run a GU shifter when converting a GQ to automatic transmission.
The finished layout is shown in the example photo. It was designed for race/ winch/ comp trucks and the base of the shifter is left exposed as shown. -It was designed for the shifter mount to be practical, not fancy.
Also available as a blank plate without shifter mounting holes for custom applications, e.g. aftermarket shifters.
